This schematic contains four CCAs, being 8 / 16 / 32 / 64 bits. The design is by Aminotreal. The 8 bit CCA is 3t, and every additional 8 bits has a 2t latency, i.e. the 16 bit CCA is 5t etc.

The design also works on Bedrock, but you will have to change the glass blocks by upper slabs.
